CAMP FORMAT

• 5 Sessions (1 per week)

Each session includes:

• 60 minutes - Situational on-ice instruction

• Ice cut

• 45 minute coached game play

Coaches are on the bench during the game helping players apply the systems and tactics taught during practice.

This structure allows players to immediately apply them in live game situations.
